Development of a new magnetic abrasive finishing process with renewable abrasive particles using the circulatory system

چکیده

In order to improve the finishing efficiency of Magnetic Abrasive Finishing process, we proposed a new MAF process with renewable abrasive particles using compound magnetic fluid circulatory system in this paper. This has circulating that uses conveyor belt renew mixed particles. not only maintains stability but also ensures processing does need be interrupted. study, investigated field distribution, force, and behavior area. Furthermore, designed experimental device finish sus304 stainless steel plate, verify feasibility understand its characteristics through experiments. Moreover, influence important parameters, including particles, line speed working gap, on surface quality workpiece is studied experiment. The results indicate present can achieve stable material without interruption, roughness plate been improved from 273 nm 23 process.
